Dr. Sanket Vinod Jain

Director

Dr. Sanket Jain is a highly skilled Radiologist with a robust academic foundation and extensive experience in diagnostic imaging. With an MD in Radio-Diagnosis from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University and an MBBS from MGM University of Health Sciences, Dr. Jain has built a solid career in radiology. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Consultant Radiologist at PC Diagnostics since January 2024, and as a Consultant Radiologist at PerfeCare Diagnostics and Nidan Diagnostics, he excels in performing and interpreting a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasounds. Dr. Sanket expertise extends to collaborating with physicians to develop accurate treatment plans, ensuring high-quality radiology reports, and staying abreast of advancements in technology. His previous roles, including as a Registrar, reflect his commitment to patient care, educational contributions, and maintaining the highest standards in radiology practice. Dr. Sanket Jain is dedicated to leveraging his extensive knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to a dynamic healthcare team.

Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain

Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain is a seasoned medical professional with extensive expertise in ultrasound and diagnostic imaging. With an MBBS from Trena Medical College and post-graduate training from Bhatia Hospital, Dr. Ketan has honed his skills in various aspects of radiology over a distinguished career. Currently, he serves as the Non-Executive Director and Consultant Radiologist at PC Diagnostics (Invicta Diagnostic Limited), where he leads strategic initiatives, oversees daily operations, and ensures high standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. His role extends to driving business growth through effective marketing and client relationship management. Additionally, Dr. Ketan has been a Consultant Radiologist at Primacare Diagnostics since 2017 and successfully founded and managed Asian Diagnostics in 2011. His diverse skill set includes expert ultrasound imaging, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership, making him well-equipped to contribute significantly to healthcare management and development.

CS Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah

Independent Director 

Aayush Shah is a seasoned professional with over nine years of experience as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited. His expertise spans various facets of corporate governance, including corporate laws, security laws, capital markets, and FEMA compliances. Aayush has a proven track record in managing secretarial work, such as company conversions, SME listings, and migration processes. His responsibilities also encompass handling regulatory compliances, conducting meetings, and preparing policies in adherence to SEBI and Companies Act requirements. Aayush holds a Bachelor of Laws from Gujarat University, complemented by a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. With his comprehensive knowledge and practical experience, Aayush is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of regulatory frameworks and contribute effectively to organizational success.

CS Shilpa A Bhatia 

Independant Director

CS Shilpa A Bhatia is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience, holding degrees in both Company Secretary and Law. Over two decades in corporate roles have honed her skills in Restructuring Schemes, Mergers and Amalgamations, Fundraising (including GDRs and FCCB), and liaison with Statutory Authorities and Regulators. She is well-versed in managing overseas subsidiaries and FEMA compliances with RBI.

Her expertise extends to CSR, FEMA, and Secretarial Audits. Shilpa is a POSH & POCSO Trainer, also serves as an External Member on an IC committee of few organizations and holds the position of Independent Director on a Listed Company. Actively contributing to the field. She is a visiting faculty for ICSI covering topics on CSR and IDs.

Outside the boardroom, Shilpa is passionate about social service. She is a member of two NGOs, Robinhood Army and Mansuki, dedicated to excess food control, education for children, and supporting Old Age Homes, 3rd Gender Homes, and the Specially-abled.

She's also embarked on a journey of continuous learning as a member of Toastmasters International for leadership development and presentation mastery.
