Dr. Sanket Vinod Jain

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dr. Sanket Jain is a highly skilled radiologist with a robust academic foundation and extensive experience in diagnostic imaging. He holds an MD in Radio-Diagnosis from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University and an MBBS from MGM University of Health Sciences. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Consultant Radiologist at PC Diagnostics since January 2024, alongside consulting roles at PerfeCare Diagnostics and Nidan Diagnostics, where he performs and interprets a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasounds. His expertise extends to collaborating with physicians on accurate treatment plans, ensuring high-quality radiology reporting, and staying abreast of technological advancements. His earlier roles, including as a Registrar, reflect a sustained commitment to patient care, education, and the highest standards of radiology practice. 

Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain

Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain is a seasoned medical professional with extensive expertise in ultrasound and diagnostic imaging. He holds an MBBS from Trena Medical College and completed post-graduate training at Bhatia Hospital, honing his skills across radiology over a distinguished career. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Consultant Radiologist at PC Diagnostics (Invicta Diagnostic Limited), leading strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance, while also driving business growth through marketing and client relationship management. He has served as Consultant Radiologist at Primacare Diagnostics since 2017 and founded and managed Asian Diagnostics since 2011. His diverse skill set — expert ultrasound imaging, strategic planning, and leadership — equips him to contribute significantly to healthcare management and development. 

CS Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Aayush Shah is a seasoned professional with over nine years of experience as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited. His expertise spans corporate laws, securities laws, capital markets, and FEMA compliance. He has a proven track record in secretarial work including company conversions, SME listings, and migration processes, together with regulatory compliance, meeting management, and policy preparation in line with SEBI and Companies Act requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Gujarat University, a Company Secretary certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a Bachelor of Commerce degree — a combination that equips him to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and contribute effectively to organisational success. 

CS Shilpa Ajay Bhatia

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

CS Shilpa A. Bhatia is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience, holding qualifications in both Company Secretaryship and Law. Over two decades in corporate roles, she has developed deep expertise in restructuring schemes, mergers and amalgamations, fundraising (including GDRs and FCCBs), and liaison with statutory authorities and regulators, along with strength in managing overseas subsidiaries and FEMA/RBI compliance. Her specialisations extend to CSR, FEMA, and secretarial audits. She is a certified POSH and POCSO trainer, serves as an External Member on Internal Committees for several organisations, holds an Independent Directorship on a listed company, and is a visiting faculty member for ICSI on CSR and Independent Directorship. Outside the boardroom, she is active with the NGOs Robinhood Army and Manushi, supporting food distribution, children's education, and care for the elderly, the specially-abled, and the third-gender community, and she continues her own leadership development as a member of Toastmasters International.
