We are an innovative diagnostic chain in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), offering comprehensive radiology and pathology solutions. Operating under the brand name “PC Diagnostics,” we provide a wide range of diagnostic services including imaging, pathology/clinical laboratory, and tele-radiology. Our extensive network consists of eight diagnostic centers and one centralized laboratory across MMR, Maharashtra. Established in 2021, our first center in Thane aimed to deliver high-quality, affordable, and customer-centric diagnostic services. Our business transitioned from a limited liability partnership to a company in 2023. 

The Indian diagnostic sector is experiencing significant growth, driven by factors such as population growth, an aging demographic, and increasing incidences of non-communicable diseases. Our strategic positioning within this expanding market, especially in radiology, allows us to capitalize on these trends. 

Our services include approximately 60 routine and 487 specialized pathology tests, and about 96 basic and 130 advanced radiology tests. Our hub and spoke model enhances efficiency, with smaller centers handling basic tests and larger hubs conducting advanced diagnostics. Our professional team includes laboratory doctors, radiologists, and technical staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. 

Our founders, Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain and Dr. Sanket Vinod Jain, along with our CFO, Rohit Prakash Srivastava, have been pivotal in shaping our vision and strategy. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, combined with our integrated service model and extensive network, positions us as a preferred diagnostic service provider in MMR and Maharashtra. We conducted over 17,000 pathology tests and 26,000 radiology tests for nearly 24,400 patients in the fiscal year 2024, demonstrating our significant impact and trusted service in the industry.
